Reimagined a dozen existing flows into a single new one for partner product certification, then implemented with stakeholders from the many teams supporting those processes.

Designed a wildly successful product to support companies through the initial implementation of the ACA through collaboration with tax experts.
Interface simplification
Collapsed a complex filtering system in a Payroll app into a when-needed approach, freeing up more space for critical information to be displayed.

Created navigation for complex businesses to handle geographic and tax-distinct groups as well as the ever-changing people working at them.
